Hosting

Typoza is hosted by Vercel Inc. — 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States, ** to be confirmed **. Its functions run in the Paris region, except those of the marketing site and the documentation, which run in the region closest to the visitor. The host is not liable for content published by workspaces; it is liable for the technical availability of the service. The full list of our providers, with what is transmitted to each and the region where they keep it, is published on the subprocessors page.

Intellectual property

The Typoza name, its logo, its copy and the service's code belong to its publisher. The text, images and files you publish in a workspace remain yours: we acquire no rights over them beyond displaying them on your behalf, which is the purpose of the service.

This rule cuts both ways and admits no marketing exception: your writing is not used as a commercial example, as an illustration, or as training data, absent your prior written agreement.

Reporting content

Typoza hosts the sites its customers publish. Plainly unlawful content may be reported to the contact address above. Reports are examined by a person, never by automated processing, and the decision is explained to the workspace concerned.

A reader's comment under a post is reported from under the comment itself, with its reason; for illegal content, the form asks why and for a statement of good faith. The report goes to the workspace, where a person decides. The reporter who left an address receives an acknowledgement, then the decision; the author of a comment taken down receives its reason and can ask for a second look. Before appearing, comments go through an automatic filter of fixed rules, which may hold a comment for a person to read or refuse it for a term the site does not accept — and says so to its author.

No account suspension is issued automatically. That is a design rule, not a commercial promise: abuse detection reads counters, raises an alert, and stops there. The comment filter's blocks are not account suspensions: they hold a fingerprint of an address for twenty-four hours, seven days or thirty, and only a person at the workspace blocks a reader for good.

Governing law

This notice, like the terms of use and the terms of sale, is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution is sought before any other step, at the contact address above.
