AI credits
More AI credits, only if you need them
Paid plans refill their quota every month, yearly billing included. If you run out, a pack tops you up on any plan: paid once, with no subscription, and its credits never expire. At zero, the AI stops and says so. Nothing is ever billed on its own.

What people ask before paying
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan asks for no card and has no time limit. You pay nothing until you choose a paid plan, from your workspace's billing screen.
Do I pay per person or per workspace?
Per workspace. Each workspace has its own plan and its own subscription, paid by its owner, and a new one starts on the free plan. The people you invite pay nothing. How many workspaces you may own depends on the best plan among them, as the table shows.
What does yearly billing change?
It gives you 2 months free: a year costs the price of 10 months. The AI quota still refills every month, and the price of the year you paid for does not move before it ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you like, from your workspace's billing screen. Stripe prorates the difference: moving up is charged straight away, and moving down leaves a credit on your next invoices.
How do I cancel?
From the same screen, at any time, with no reason to give and no fee. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. For 14 days after subscribing to a paid plan, write to us and we refund you, whether you are an individual or a business. We only deduct the plan's AI credits you have already used, at our lowest price per credit (€3.50 per 100,000 credits), and never more than you paid. Say you paid €12.90 for Collective and used 50,000 credits: we refund €11.15.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing breaks, and nothing is billed on its own. Once your list reaches its subscriber limit, new sign-ups close, while your posts still reach everyone already subscribed. When your AI credits run out, the AI stops and says so, until the quota refills or you buy a pack. For more room, you move up a plan.
What happens to my blog if I stop paying?
We delete nothing. Your workspace returns to the free plan's limits: your posts stay online, your own domain is detached and redirects to your typoza.com address, and the export keeps working. Take a paid plan again and your workspaces and members come back as they were.
What is an AI credit?
The unit the AI is paid in. Credits pay for the text the model reads and writes, so a request costs according to its length, not to the button you pressed: rewriting a paragraph costs less than rewriting a page. The balance sits at the bottom of the sidebar, and the workspace's owner is warned before it runs out.
