Terms of sale

What applies to paid plans: the order, the price, payment, cancellation and withdrawal.

Last updated: October 14, 2026 — This date is derived from our list of subprocessors. It changes as soon as that list changes.

This page translates the French original, which is the version that prevails in case of difference.

The seller

The service is sold by the publisher identified on Legal notice. These terms supplement the terms of use, which also apply to paid plans.

The plans

Typoza offers a free plan and paid subscriptions, monthly or yearly, as well as one-off purchases of writing-assistance credits. What each plan contains is described on the pricing page and restated on screen at the time of the order.

Export of your content is available on every plan, including the free one. No export feature is reserved for a subscription.

Prices

Prices are denominated in euros and are those shown at the time of the order. They appear on your workspace's billing screen and on every invoice issued.

Typoza is a French micro-business under the VAT franchise scheme (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code): prices carry no VAT, none is charged, and every invoice says so. A business customer established in another member state of the European Union accounts for the VAT in its own country (reverse charge); the VAT number it enters in the billing portal is printed on its invoices. No subscription is billed before the publisher's registration is complete.

A price change never applies retroactively to a period already paid for. It is announced before the renewal concerned, leaving you time to cancel.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered with them and never pass through our servers: we do not see them, do not store them, and could not disclose them.

A subscription is charged in advance, on the anniversary date of the order. If a payment fails, access to paid features is suspended after a reminder; the workspace's content remains accessible and exportable.

An invoice is payable on receipt, with no discount for early payment. For a business customer, any late payment incurs penalties at three times the French legal interest rate and a fixed recovery fee of €40 (article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code).

Term and cancellation

A subscription renews automatically, for an identical period, until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your workspace's billing screen, without giving a reason and without charge.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then, and nothing is charged afterwards. Periods already begun are not refunded pro rata, except in the case of withdrawal below.

Withdrawal and refunds

For fourteen days after subscribing to a paid plan, you may change your mind without having to give a reason. This period applies to everyone: the law grants it to consumers, and we extend it to businesses. Writing to the contact address is enough. The plan ends, and the refund is made within fourteen days of your request, by the payment method you used.

By subscribing, you ask for the plan to start immediately, before this period ends. If you change your mind, we refund what you paid for the plan, less the writing-assistance credits it includes that you have already used. Those credits are counted at the lowest price per credit of our packs, shown on the pricing page, and the deduction never exceeds the amount paid. Subscription days already elapsed are not charged. For a consumer, this deduction is the amount corresponding to the service provided before withdrawal that Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code provides for.

Credits bought in a pack are usable as soon as they are paid for, at your request: the part of a pack already used is not refundable, and the unused part is, for fourteen days after the purchase, for everyone.

Complaints and disputes

Any complaint should first be addressed to the contact address, which is read. We undertake to reply, including to say that we can do nothing.

French law requires every professional selling to consumers to join a consumer mediation scheme. The mediator appointed will be named here before paid subscriptions open.

These terms are governed by French law.
